The Sandow/Three Oaks Diversity Advisory Council invites you to attend its 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament to benefit Postpartum Support International.

Late Registration 7:00-7:45 AM
USGA Rules Apply
Entry Fee: $75/player, $300/ 4-Player Team – by July 27th, 2010
$100/player, $400/4-Player Team – Day of the Tournament
Entry Fee Includes Lunch, Golf Cart, Range Balls, and Drink Coupons
Mulligan - $15 for 2 or $50 for entire team (8)
Mulligans can be purchased in advance or on the day of the Tournament
Prizes will be awarded to top finishers, and random drawings will be made for additional winners.
